Genesis - 'bereshith' - the beginning 

In the Hebrew, it is called Bereshith, but it means...in the beginning.

The book of Genesis, Bereshith, is  where it all began. It is the source of our foundation to all things - spiritual, physical, emotional.  From its source we can delve into the ancient footsteps of our ancestors to understand the beginnings of health, medicine and spiritual applications of various herbs and essential oils to heal the soul and keep the body in perfect health.

Gen 1:115  And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

Gen 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed in itself, after his kind: and God saw that good.

Gen 1:13And the evening and the morning were the third day.
