SWINE FLU - Are You Worried? 

The media is having a field day about the seemingly unstoppable Swine flu epidemic According to not only the media - but the White House - we all need to be staying home in our airtight little homes, wearing a blue mask and washing our hands every few minutes. Next...you already know what is coming - everyone should be VACCINATED!! OY VEY!

According to the Center for the Disease Control government site the outbreak is rapidly approaching a worldwide pandemic and the World Health Organization raised it to a Pandemic Alert Level Phase 4. A Phase 4 alert is characterized by confirmed person-to-person spread of a new influenza virus able to cause “community-level” outbreaks. Travel warnings have been issued by the CDC warning of traveling to Mexico - and we may soon actually see the border closed down - except for the tens of thousands that are sneaking across the border that is.

So what to do?

Let's all be scared into oblivion and cower in the corner and let the government rule over even this area of our lives! LET'S NOT!!

Let's all remember the past pandemic scares....remember the hoof and mouth disease, the bird flu and all the other epidemics that were supposed to wipe us all out? Let's get real about the whole thing! Let's EDUCATE ourselves - now wouldn't that be a wrench in the so-called government insurance propaganda!

So you are now wondering if I'm out of my mind - right? While I'm not suggesting that the above situations are not true, I am suggesting that the causes of diseases and sickness is more likely due to our taxed immune systems because of the unhealthy foods and other items we ingest! Due to the over-processed foods, and the preservatives and the toxic substances that are in our foods each and every day being consumed without regard, our immune systems are screaming for its very survival.

So what do we do??

There are a few things that are readily at hand and easily doable and obtainable - and will help you begin not only a healthy lifestyle, but will strengthen your immune system so that you can live the fullness of life that you were created for.

• Begin eating healthy - more fresh, organic vegetables and fruit
• Begin an exercise routine - even just getting up from your desk every 30 minutes and walking around the house will get you started!
• Adequate sleep is a must - at least 6-8 hours!

Four Thieves Essential Oil

What is Four Thieves Oil?
