Hydrosols are simply a wonderful way to use essential oils in an economic and fun way! Basically, it's the aromatic water that is the end product after distilling essential oils by steam or water. Many times it is simply referred to as floral water. And it truly is!

Hydrosols, because of their watery nature, does not need to be diluted any further to enjoy its therapeutic benefits. It also makes a wonderful ingredient instead of water when mixing your own lotions, creams or fragrances - as well as facial or skin products.
