Recipe Blend for Building Confidence or Boosting Moral

Here are a few recipes to that may help boost your moral or build a bit of confidence. As with all the recipes, please use safety precautions and always seek proper medical treatment if you need a diagnosis for an illness.

There are different methods to use the recipes at the left. Try out several ways to see which suits you better.

Diffuser Blend - Add essential oils to a dark glass bottle, mix well and add the blend to your diffuser.

Air Freshener ~ In a clean spray bottle with a fine mist setting, put 30-40 drops of your favorite essential oil or blend, add 2 oz of water and 2 oz of high-proof alcohol. The alcohol will help the aroma linger longer.
