Diffuser Recipes for Calming the Mind

• 15 drops Roman Chamomile
  12drops Lavender
  10 drops Clary Sage
  10 drops Geranium
  5 drops Ylang Ylang

Blend all oils in a small bottle and add to diffuser - pay attention to your diffuser's directions for adding oils

Calming Blend For Perfumes

• 1 oz Jojoba
• 3 drops Roman Chamomile or Rosewood
• 3 drops Ylang Ylang
• 1 drop Jasmine
• 1 drop Rose

Add essential oils to the Jojoba Oil. After mixing thoroughly, you can dab your pulse points and behind the ears with a little mixture soaked on cotton ball or tip of finger.
