Bacteria and Deodorizing Recipes

Learn how to fight bacteria and odors with Essential Oils

There are several essential oils that fight bacteria and help deororize but two of my favorites are Eucalyptus and Peppermint oils. Not only are they beneficial in fighting odors, they are also quite good in the healing department as well. Here are a few recipes that are only two of the many essential oils from many beneficial plants that you can make that have beneficial and healing properties.

Minty Fresh Spray

15 ml. Spearmint or Peppermint Essential Oil (or adjust to your liking)
Spray bottle
Distilled Water

Just mix the essential oil with about 8-10 oz of distilled water, shake well and that's it!
